Creating a separate creative zone in the AIRO playroom using large "Mammutico" elements. The goal was to design a space that fosters imagination and encourages family activities, while complementing the futuristic decor of the Space Kid zone.
Children ages 3–10, with the option to play together with their parents.
The new area had to be integrated into the existing layout of the large playroom to maintain thematic consistency with the trampoline section and the space-themed decor. This required careful selection of colors and equipment types. An additional challenge was ensuring the safety and comfort of users in a space with high visitor turnover.
The AIRO Space Kid playroom features a unique area dedicated exclusively to large "Mammutico" building blocks. The design features an interplanetary theme—fantasy wall murals and color-coordinated sets make children feel like young engineers in a space laboratory.
Mammutico sets have become the foundation of a new concept in creative play—children build rockets, vehicles, and structures of any shape, developing their imagination and planning skills. The zone quickly gained popularity among both the youngest children and parents, who are eager to join in the building fun.
The space has proven to be not only an attractive place to play but also an inspiration for new forms of activities and group workshops. The use of large building blocks has opened up opportunities for organizing preschool activities, themed birthday parties, and family activities, making the building block zone one of the most popular spots in the AIRO complex.
„Chcieliśmy stworzyć w naszej sali zupełnie nową, kreatywną przestrzeń, która pobudza wyobraźnię dzieci i pozwala im tworzyć bez ograniczeń. Tak narodził się pomysł na „pracownię kosmicznego inżyniera”, w której mali konstruktorzy mogą budować własne rakiety i pojazdy. Właśnie dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na duże, piankowe elementy Mammutico."
