§1 Definitions

Store: the online store available at mammutico.com
Customer: a person placing an order in the Store
Consumer: a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not related to business activities
Order: a declaration of intent by the customer to purchase products
Product: goods available in the Store—modular building blocks and accessories
§2 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set forth the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal from the contract, and filing complaints. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for placing an order.
§3 Placing Orders
Orders are accepted 24/7 via the website, email (info@mammutico.com), or phone (+48 729 97 37 37). An order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract. The contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of the order via email.
§4 Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in Polish zlotys (PLN) as net amounts (excluding VAT). A VAT invoice is issued for each order.
Payment methods: bank transfer, pro forma invoice with deferred payment, or leasing through leasing partners. Payment deadline for bank transfers: 7 days from the order date, unless otherwise agreed.
§5 Delivery
The Seller delivers within Poland and to countries in the European Union.
Standard delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks from the date the payment for the order is posted. For orders placed in November and December, delivery time may be extended to 12 weeks.
The delivery cost is determined individually for each order. For orders with a net value exceeding 10,000 PLN, delivery within Poland is free of charge.
§6 Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the product has not been used or damaged. The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing or via email (info@mammutico.com). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This right does not apply to custom-made products (non-standard colors, dimensions).
§7 Complaints
The seller is liable for physical and legal defects in the product (warranty). Complaints must be submitted in writing or via email, including the customer’s information, order number, a description of the defect, and the customer’s request. The seller will respond within 14 days. Mammutico products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
§8 Personal Data
The Seller is the controller of customers’ personal data. Data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, service provision, and marketing (with consent). Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
§9 Final Provisions
Polish law applies. Disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR platform). These Terms and Conditions are effective as of March 1, 2026.
