Our store is growing at a rapid pace! We strive to offer a diverse selection that appeals to both those who work in groups and children who want to play on the carpet at home. That’s why we’ve created the unique and unconventional puzzles at Mammutico Mini.

What sets the Mini set apart?

The foam blocks Mammutico Mini are our latest offering for individual play. The puzzles went on sale in November, available in four colors. We’ve also recently introduced a premium version, in a clear plastic box with a secure closure. So if you’d like to have “Mini” in your home but already know there isn’t much room for new toys, I recommend choosing the slightly more expensive version, which at least solves the storage issue. The practical, elegant, and sturdy box also makes for a great gift option.

It’s worth noting that the cardboard packaging for the standard version is also reusable and can be used to store the blocks. It will probably wear out a bit faster, but it’s certainly an ideal choice for fans of eco-friendly solutions.

Who are the "Mini" blocks for?

Our little foam puzzles are not just an interesting toy. They offer a wealth of benefits that support children’s healthy development in the area of sensory integration. Admittedly, playing with blocks generally develops many skills, stimulates the imagination, and exercises spatial planning… But “Mini” have a few additional advantages.

“Mammutico blocks aren’t just for fun—they’re a tool that supports the development of fine and gross motor skills.” — Magdalena Wierzańska

First of all, they can be arranged both in three dimensions and completely flat.

Most common uses

Second, the blocks have a friendly, soft-to-the-touch texture and a springy surface. The foam used to make our small puzzles is extremely durable yet quite pliable, which has a fantastic effect on the development of children’s sense of touch.

Thirdly, Mammutico Mini offers both 3D blocks and flat puzzles with very unconventional shapes. It’s not easy to build a simple house with them, and on a flat surface, it’s difficult to arrange them into a regular shape. Playing with these blocks is therefore not easy, but it’s not overly difficult either, which is a major advantage during sensory integration exercises.

Fourth, these foam blocks are waterproof, so they’re great for playing with at home, in the garden, and even in the bathtub. Mammutico’s foam doesn’t sink, so small pieces won’t get lost at the bottom; instead, when they’re wet, you can “stick” them together or attach them to the wall!

Teachers in preschools and elementary schools quickly recognized the benefits of our foam puzzles. Although the blocks have only been on the market for two months, we’ve already received a lot of positive feedback about them. Thanks to this, we’ve created a practical special supplement that we include with every set purchased. What will you find in the supplement? It’s a list of ten sample games using our blocks that will effectively support the development of sensory integration in children. The content includes a detailed description of how each game is played and a list of the skills being practiced. The supplement was created in collaboration with Ms. Anna Szymczak, an educational therapist and early childhood education teacher who has been practicing the Sensory Integration Process Therapy method with children for over 10 years.
