The Mammutico® playground differs from traditional playgrounds in that it is portable, suitable for year-round use, and multifunctional. The components can be set up indoors, outdoors, or even in water. The set gives children the freedom to create their own structures, supports social and sensory development, and requires neither a large space nor a permanent installation.

Order fulfillment typically takes up to 30 days from the date the order is placed, but we make every effort to minimize the waiting time for delivery. If we encounter difficulties in delivering the order within 30 days, we always contact you before processing the order to discuss the next steps.

Mammutico covers shipping costs within Poland. For other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis, and we always include them in the quote before order confirmation.

Mammutico® kits require no assembly—they’re ready to use right away. For permanent products, such as the SMART Wall, we include detailed instructions. Our team also conducts training sessions on various ways to lead workshops and educational activities using Mammutico® blocks. The training service is VAT-exempt for public institutions.

Yes. Mammutico Foam™ is neutral, non-toxic, and meets all European safety standards. It does not absorb water, does not support microbial growth, and is resistant to freezing and UV radiation. This makes it safe even for sensitive children.

The sets are available in five colors: yellow, green, red, blue, and gray. The Miniline is available in yellow and blue. When purchasing the largest sets, there are more color options available. Details on the number of colors available are provided on the product page for each set.

We offer a 3-year warranty. We guarantee that the components will not crack or become brittle. Minor scratches may appear on the surface, but this should not affect the product’s functionality. In the event of damage, simply file a claim, preferably with a photo of the part. We replace defective parts quickly, without unnecessary paperwork or additional costs.

We can issue a VAT invoice, an advance invoice, or a pro forma invoice. We accept payments via bank transfer and through Przelewy24. We also offer deferred payment options for institutions, and for larger orders, financing is available in the form of leasing or 0% installment plans.

We do not operate a rental service. However, we work with companies that rent out our sets, and we can recommend them. We do, however, organize workshops and demonstrations that allow you to experience the building blocks firsthand. Details of these events are arranged directly with our educational advisor.

Based on our experience. We’ve already visited many schools and preschools with our building blocks. We also work with activity leaders and educators. Thanks to our joint efforts, observations, and experience, we’re able to determine both the appropriate number of children for each set and the minimum space required for free play.

Mammutico blocks comply with the toy safety standard set forth in EU Directive 2009/48/EC. To confirm the product’s safety, tests were conducted on the Mammutico Foam™ used to make the blocks: tests of mechanical and physical properties, flammability testing (TÜV Rheinland), and testing for the migration of specific elements (Intertek). We have also recently conducted flammability tests on the foam used to make our floor mats, as well as tests of their shock-absorbing properties, to ensure they meet the PN-EN 1176-10 standard for playrooms.

Yes. As the manufacturer placing the product on the market, we are required to issue a Declaration of Conformity, which we do based on the tests mentioned above. The CE marking on a product, its packaging, or its instructions is a manufacturer’s declaration stating that the product meets the safety requirements outlined in EU directives and may be placed on the European market. The marking is required on many products that consumers encounter on a daily basis (electrical equipment, toys, household refrigerators and freezers, elevators and cranes, machinery, medical devices, personal protective equipment, and others).

Mammutico® components are made of Mammutico Foam™, a polyethylene foam with properties specifically selected to meet toy safety standards. At the same time, the foam retains its key properties, such as durability and light weight.

Yes, because of their durability and light weight. Our products are very difficult to damage, even with heavy use. However, if someone insists on cutting them up, the smaller pieces can be reused, for example, to secure a package. Used products can be returned to us for disposal.

Yes. The components are weather-resistant, but we recommend storing them indoors, away from the rain, after playtime. Our waterproof, spacious, and fairly handy bags are also a great solution.
