How does the Mammutico® playground differ from other playgrounds offered by Polish and foreign manufacturers?
Mammutico® differs from traditional playgrounds in that it is mobile, all-season, and multifunctional. The components can be set up indoors, outdoors, and even in water. The set gives children the freedom to create their own structures, supports social and sensory development, and requires neither a large space nor a permanent installation.

How long does delivery take and what are the costs?
Order fulfillment typically takes up to 30 days from the date the order is placed, but we make every effort to minimize the waiting time for delivery. If there are difficulties in delivering the order within 30 days, we always contact you before processing the order to discuss the details of further cooperation.
Mammutico covers shipping costs within Poland. For other EU countries, shipping costs are calculated individually and are always provided in the quote before order confirmation.

Do you offer on-site assembly or instruction?
Mammutico® sets do not require assembly—they are ready to use right away. For permanent products, such as the SMART Wall, we include detailed instructions. Our team also conducts training sessions on various ways to lead workshops and educational activities with Mammutico® blocks. The training service is VAT-exempt for public institutions.

Is Mammutico® foam hypoallergenic and safe for children with sensitivities?
Yes. Mammutico Foam™ is neutral, non-toxic, and meets all European safety standards. It does not absorb water, does not harbor microorganisms, and is resistant to frost and UV radiation. This makes it safe even for children with sensitivities.

Can I order blocks in custom colors?
Sets are available in five colors: yellow, green, red, blue, and gray. The "Mini" line comes in yellow and blue. When purchasing the largest sets, there is greater flexibility in color selection. Details on the number of colors available are provided on the product page for each set.

What if something breaks?
We offer a 3-year warranty. We guarantee that the components will not break or become brittle. Minor scratches may appear on the surface, but this should not affect the product’s functionality. In case of damage, simply file a claim, preferably with a photo of the item. We replace defective parts quickly, without unnecessary paperwork or additional costs.

What are the payment terms, and do you accept pro-forma invoices or installment payments?
We can issue a VAT invoice, advance invoice, or pro-forma invoice. We accept payments via bank transfer and Przelewy24. We also offer deferred payments for institutions, and for larger orders, financing is available in the form of leasing or 0% installments.

Can I rent the sets instead of buying them?
We do not operate a rental service. However, we partner with companies that rent out our sets and can recommend them. We do, however, organize workshops and presentations that allow you to experience the blocks in practice. Details of such events are arranged directly with our educational advisor.

Yes. It is possible to test a set before purchasing. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis, so it’s best to contact an educational advisor, who will arrange the details.

Does the kit come with an instruction manual, and what does it cover?
Yes. The manual covers usage guidelines, safety instructions, a list of components included in each kit, and storage and maintenance conditions for Mammutico® components.
How do you know that individual sets are sufficient for the specified number of people?
From our experience. We have already visited many schools and preschools with our blocks. We also collaborate with activity leaders and educators. Thanks to our joint efforts, observations, and experience, we are able to determine both the appropriate number of people for each set and the minimum space required for free play.
What safety standards do Mammutico® products meet?
Mammutico blocks meet the toy safety standard in accordance with EU Directive 2009/48/EC. To confirm the product’s safety, tests were conducted on the Mammutico Foam™ used to make the blocks: mechanical and physical property testing, flammability testing (TÜV Rheinland), and migration testing for specific elements (Intertek). We have also recently conducted flammability tests on the foam used to make the floor mats, as well as tests of their shock-absorbing properties, to ensure they meet the standard for playrooms, PN-EN 1176-10.
Do Mammutico® products have a CE mark, and what does that mean?
Yes. As the manufacturer placing the product on the market, we are required to issue a Declaration of Conformity, which we do based on the tests mentioned above. The CE marking on the product, its packaging, or the instructions is a manufacturer’s declaration that the product meets the safety requirements described in EU directives and may be placed on the European market. The marking is required on many products that consumers encounter on a daily basis (electrical products, toys, household refrigerators and freezers, elevators and cranes, machinery, medical devices, personal protective equipment, and others)
What material are the components made of?
Mammutico® components are made of Mammutico Foam™, a polyethylene foam with specially selected properties to meet toy safety standards. At the same time, the foam retains key properties such as durability and low weight.

AreMammutico® components environmentally friendly?
Yes, due to their durability and low weight. Our products are very difficult to break, even with heavy use. However, if someone insists on cutting them up, the smaller pieces can be reused, for example, to secure a package. You can return used products to us for disposal.
Can the Mammutico® playground be stored outdoors?
Yes. The components are weather-resistant, but we recommend storing them in a rain-protected area after playtime. Our waterproof, spacious, and quite handy storage bags are also a great solution.
