What do parents say about us?
Mammutico Mini They’re gaining more and more fans! The blocks from this series are perfect for organizing various workshops with larger groups of children, but most of all, parents love them. And that makes us very happy 🙂
Until recently, you could mainly read about the foam blocks Mammutico Mini on our website. The product is relatively new, as it went on sale at the end of 2017. Six months later, we decided to take stock of our efforts and see who liked the blocks, who wrote about them on blogs and how, and what won over the hearts of our youngest customers.
Below, we present a few selected reviews that allow us to believe that the Mammutico Mini blocks are truly an interesting, educational, and unique product.
Daria Jóźwicka, on her parenting blog “Zaraz Wracam,” took a closer look at our blocks Mammutico Mini as a toy that not only keeps children occupied but, above all, supports their development through creative play—play in which parents also participate. According to the author, this is a good way to raise children, and we fully agree with this view.
Opinions of educators and therapists
“Children learn through play—it’s not a cliché, it’s science.” — Dr. Anna Kowalska, educator
“It’s not easy to build simple objects or symmetrical geometric shapes with these blocks. This unique element of surprise, however, is the reason why children like them so much. Free play combined with a child’s imagination is a truly interesting and beneficial experience for every child (…)”.
On the blog “Rodzinka Pod Prąd,” you can read a very comprehensive review of our blocks. Monika Wilk and her son decided to build a city at night, through which little Cars characters like Zieg and McQueen bravely drive. In addition to the “Rodzinka” team’s original ideas, you’ll also find reviews of our toys that support sensory development and fine motor skills in children. Lots of interesting photos and even more inspiration—we really love reviews like this!
“We’ve recently started testing foam puzzles. Until now, I thought they were only for little kids. But I found an alternative for the slightly older ones too. Of course, Maksik loves squeezing those little pieces out the most. He’s so focused and quiet. Not like my child at all. But putting them back into the big pieces isn’t as fun. He’s always building something (…)”.

Why do building blocks evoke emotions?
Aneta Kowalska, creator of the blog “Świat Karinki,” spotted our blocks among the vast array of children’s products at the international “Kids Time” toy fair. No wonder—the booth was unlike any other, and the product line stood out from the rest. We’re glad little Noam liked the “Mini” series and wish him even more successful combinations 🙂
“When I had the chance to visit the Kids Time Kielce fair in February, I spotted these blocks among the many booths, and I knew right away that this would be a toy that would enchant my child. Well, no one knows their child as well as their parent, so it won’t surprise you to hear that I was right. These blocks are made of a really cool foam, which means they’re soft, light, and pleasant to the touch. Building with them is very simple because all the pieces connect together extremely easily; the only thing a child needs besides them is imagination to create their own ideas. At first, Noam built standard shapes, and later he really started to get creative.”

This is a very honest and concrete review posted on the blog of the online store bobomio.pl. Product descriptions in their store are one thing, but the description of the blocks sent for testing is something else entirely. We were very pleased with the favorable review, especially regarding the quality of the foam:
“(…) At first glance, they differ in color. Usually, children’s toys are colorful, cheerful, even flashy. And these? These have fairly subdued colors. One set is one color.
Furthermore, the Mammutico Mini blocks are made of very sturdy foam. It’s hard to describe, but when you hold them in your hand, you just feel that they’ll last a long time. You can bend them in all directions without worrying that instead of one piece, you’ll end up with two in your hand. Even though the foam is soft, it’s not easy to damage it (…)”
